The world's biggest pub crawl is well underway in order to build the database for this site. We will be adding further counties to this site until our exhaustive research is complete. Phew, it's a tough job but somebody's got to do it!
L'Oasis Stepney stands a cut above the rest as a superior bar and restaurant. Situated in the heart of the East End of London, L'Oasis provides the winning formula of great dining, drinking and relaxed atmosphere others may lack.
L'Oasis spacious dining and bar area boasts original features including an ornamental listed ceiling dating back to the late 19th century. The large teak tables and chairs provide comfortable dining in a contemporary setting, with low tempo music and lighting to complete the mood.
The menu is varied, changes daily and reasonably priced. Beautifully prepared modern European cuisine is offered from lunch through to dinner and a la carte not forgetting fabulous desserts and the best Sunday lunch for miles around which have become legendary. Prices range from £4.50 for a starter or dessert to £19.50 for a main course.
The wine list is excellent and comprehensive with 40 labels including sparkling wines and champagne. L'Oasis also offer over 55 malt whiskeys and bourbons, few of which can be matched anywhere else in London, which is great for the connoisseur and the professors at the local Queen Mary University!
Additional dining space is available upstairs with the area being convenient for meetings and conferences during the day and private parties in the evening. Advance bookings are available for your convenience.
L'Oasis also host regular art exhibitions by local artists which have proved very popular. All works are available to buy and local artists are encouraged to submit work for future consideration.
Recently installed, L'Oasis now serve real ale straight from the cask, including Timothy Taylor landlord and Adnams. Regular wine tasting evenings are held every month with a different region of the world being explored each time.
