| Description: We know you'll receive a warm, friendly welcome and enjoy the laid back atmosphere when you visit the New Inn. The traditional features within the bar, snug and restaurant have all been sympathetically retained to create a modern slant on an characterful and particularly inviting English country Inn with a difference.
The Bar area has been furnished with a variety of designer italian leather sofas and chairs, and the former pool room has now been developed into an intimate snug/lounge area, having a similar stylish finish. The most recent addition, is an open plan informal dining, or drinking area, which is great for lunch times or just sitting around a candle lit table with friends and enjoying a glass of one of our fine wines, or a pint of well kept cask conditioned ale, with an olive, pate or cheese platter to share. The New Inn is now a great venue for parties, small functions and weddings, as our restaurant can be closed off from the other areas, so total privacy can be assured. High quality lunches are served Tuesday to Saturday 12 - 2pm and our delicious roast lunch is served 12 To 5pm every Sunday. Our imaginative A La Carte menu changes regularly, dependant on seasonal produce and is available from 5pm to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday. All our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order by our talented and highly skilled chef. The bar, snug and restaurant are completely on one level, making all areas easily accessible by wheelchair. Families are always welcome and our lovely patio and sundeck to the rear, is fully enclosed, making it safe for children. However, we insist that all children under the age of 16 are fully supervised at all times! Following the radical changes made to the interior of The New Inn, along with the implementation of a new code of practice, clients now enjoy the highest standard of drinking, dining and socialising environment ever experienced in Easingwold.
