Nice estate pub, opened in 1977 hence the name. Two minutes from A180 on outskirts of town. Big bar with 2 pool tables, dartboard and domino tables. Big screen TV and 2 smaller TV's. Also the lounge has a raised area for eating and for entertainment. Access to large beer garden through the lounge. Small separate room off lounge with no bar for buffets meetings etc.
