Recently under new management, the Talbot is in the process of being transformed into a Sports pub with restaurant including on-site accommodation. In the mean time we serve excellent coffee from a brand new Gaggia coffee machine and top notch cask conditioned ale served direct from the cask. Most commonly we serve Harvey's Sussex but alternate with Dark Star Hophead and other local ales on a regular basis. Other draught beers include Becks IV, Guiness Extra Cold, Kronenbourg Premium Extra Cold, Fosters Super-chilled, and Strongbow Exta Cold. We have what is widely regarded as one of the better pool tables in the local area and this plays at only 50p per game. Free pool is offered on a Tuesday night, and there is a quiz every Monday night from around 9pm, including a snowball prize which increases each week that it remains unclaimed. Currently open from 5pm to 1am during the week and 12 midday to 1am at weekends.
