The world's biggest pub crawl is well underway in order to build the database for this site. We will be adding further counties to this site until our exhaustive research is complete. Phew, it's a tough job but somebody's got to do it!
The Swan Inn dates from 1731, and was originally a Coaching Inn with a Blacksmith's forge. It has a long and varied history, including a brief period when it led a double life as a petrol station. Its picture postcard setting means this delightful pub overlooks the picturesque Swan Green,
with thatched cottages, and the local Cricket Pitch, where you still hear the sound of leather on willow on warm Summer days... (if the New Forest ponies aren't using it).
