The five bells pub is a great place for a gathering. It has friendly and welcoming locals. The landlord is pleasant and warming. The pub is equipped by a jukebox, pool table (standard size fast cloth) a dart board and a quiz machine. Quiz nights are on Thursdays and there are pool and darts matches held in season. Best nights and times are Friday 9.30+ and the weekend 8.00+ if you fancy a good night out. It is located on Brook Street so is still in town limits but far enough away for there to not be any trouble.
