Having recently taken over the tenancy at The Bell in Standerwick, owners Matthew Haggett and Darren Brown are offering their customers traditional food with a modern twist. As the head chef, Matthew is ensuring there is something for everyone on the menu, from simple dishes to the more extravagant Chef’s Recommendations. Everything is homemade and sourced locally and the menu is ever-changing to suit the seasons. The restaurant is open now and available for bookings with quiz nights, entertainment and even a beer festival planned for the future. The Bell is the ideal location for your special event, from birthday parties to small wedding receptions, while the carvery on Sundays is always popular. There is a large beer garden and play field, so plenty of space for the kids as well as an extensive car park and disabled access.
